Founded
Globe Engineering was founded on 27th August 1985 by Mr Chang

Relationship with Jabatan Bomba Malaysia
Globe Engineering Sdn Bhd has a close rapport and a good working relationship with Jabatan Bomba Malaysia (Fire Department) across all states in Malaysia. As such, we are able to expedite the issuance of the Fire Certificate for Occupancy (Clearance Letter) immediately after the Bomba inspection, provided that all architectural and M&E works are completed in accordance with the Bomba-approved architectural and M&E drawings.
We have a team of 7full-time staff who assist architects and M&E consultants in obtaining Bomba endorsement for their drawings, should our assistance be required. This team can also arrange the yearly Fire Certificate, which is a mandatory requirement for most buildings, at a minimal fee
Assistance to Architects and M&E Consultant
Globe Engineering Sdn Bhd also provides assistance to architects and M&E consultants on design compliance with the Uniform Building By-Laws (UBBL), prevailing rules and regulations, standard specifications, and codes of practice. Our staff who provide Bomba authority services possess extensive expertise in these areas.
We have a team of 9 full-time staff who assist architects and M&E consultants in obtaining Bomba endorsement for their drawings, should our assistance be required. This team can also arrange the yearly Fire Certificate, which is a mandatory requirement for most buildings, at a minimal fee.
Staff strength
Globe Engineering Sdn. Bhd. has a staff strength of 49 personnel in our Maintenance and Servicing Department, which provides maintenance and servicing for fire fighting systems in your building during the Defects Liability Period (DLP). We will continue to provide these services should we be appointed, with our technicians on call 24 hours a day.
In addition to the existing site staff, we always deploy additional site personnel as required to ensure that all paperwork, shop drawings, and related documentation are properly carried out during the progress of works.
We also have a dedicated team of 8 experienced BIM drafters.
Furthermore, we have a team of Safety Personnel, comprising Yellow Book–certified officers and one Green Book–certified Safety Officer
MD/CEO and Directors
The MD/CEO and Directors are very hands-on in all the projects and our mobile phones are easily accessible round the clock, in order for any calls and also to address any sites issues on any other matters related to the project.
Wide range of equipment suppliers
We have a wide range of equipment suppliers who have been with us for more than 34 years thus facilitating purchasing of materials easily so the projects can more smoothly as we will always have materials for the work progress.

We have several groups of good and dedicated sub-contractors that have worked closely with us for more than 34 years in the industry.
LEEDS and GBI Certifications
We have experience in handling projects achieving targets for LEEDS and GBI Certifications. Some of our projects are MyTown in Cheras, 9 Seputeh (MRCB), Damansara City and KL South (Verve Suite) along Old Klang Road, Ken TTDI Building in Petaling Jaya.
